All EVs with on board mains chargers of any kind should always be fitted with an RCBO. An RCBO combines an overload trip with a current leakage trip and will safely cut-off the mains AC circuit if a fault occurs.
This RCBO is rated for 16A loads at 230V AC. It has 30mA earth leakage trip sensitivity and is suitable for installation on board an EV in a suitable enclosure such as our SW-ENC-1.
