This adhesive lined high shrink ratio heatshrink tubing is ideal for insulating 30mm2 power cable terminals after crimping. Just cut a short length, sleeve over the end 20mm or so of cable insulation and over the terminal up to the start of the contact point. Then use a suitable heat source such as a heat gun (as used for paint stripping) on a lowish setting, or a hair drier on a high setting, to warm the heatshrink tubing all araound and watch it shrink to a perfectly fitted insulation sleeve.
