Sometimes a standard weld-on or bolt-on Taperlock hub is not suitable for a particular drive adaptor application. In this case it is necessary to custom machine a suitable drive adaptor. We can work with you to design and machine custom adaptors if you can make your gearbox and flywheel parts etc available to us and/or if you can provide accurately measured dimensions.
Prices for machining start from the above price but can be more, normally not more than up to tripple, according to the exact nature or the adaptor required. In addition we add a charge for our design work which can take a considerable amount of time. When ordering a custom drive adaptor please pay the from cost above as deposit with your order and we will then advise you how much more you will need to pay when we have checked the specification of the adaptor required.
If you buy a motor from us then we will reduce the cost of custom-making a custom drive adaptor to suit your motor and gearbox application.
