Despatch of Goods
Despatch of goods is determined to by our stock situation at the time of your order. Where goods are in stock we will endeavour to despatch them as soon as possible. Where goods are not in stock we will advise you and endeavour to despatch them as soon as possible when they become stock items. Some items are only supplied to order. These items will be supplied according to the manufacturer's lead time which is usually between 4 and 15 weeks depending on the product.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the goods being purchased as a total order according to a scale of shipping charges (all plus Vat) :
Mainland England and Wales only:
Up to 250g: £3-00
Above 250g and up to 500g: £4-50
Above 500g and up to 1kg: £5-50
Above 1kg and up to 5kg: £9-50
Above 5kg and up to 25kg: £11-50
Above 25kg and every 25kg thereafter if in separate packages: £11-50 per 25kg
Above 250kg and up to 500kg single order on a pallet: £90-00
Vehicle deliveries: from £450-00 within Engand and Wales depending on vehicle and location
Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland:
Up to 250g: £3-00
Above 250g and up to 500g: £4-50
Above 500g and up to 1kg: £5-50
Above 1kg and up to 5kg: £13-50
Above 5kg and up to 25kg: £25-00
Above 25kg and every 25kg thereafter if in separate packages: £25-00 per 25kg
Vehicle deliveries: from £750-00 depending on vehicle and location

Return of Goods
Goods that have been correctly supplied by AVT to the customer's order cannot be returned without written consent from Everything-EV.com If Everything-EV.com accepts a return following written consent there will be a handling charge of 20%.
Damaged Goods
Any goods deemed by a customer to be damaged on receipt must be reported to the carrier company in writing within 3 days of receipt.
Faulty Goods
Any goods deemed by a customer to be faulty on receipt must be packaged securely in the orginal packaging in which they were received where possible and delivered back to Everything-EV.com within 28 days of the original despatch date at the customer's expense.
At our sole discretion we may replace such items if we agree that they were supplied by us in a faulty or damaged condition.
