Many of the best conversions use all the ratios in the original gearbox. To do this you will need to use the original clutch and a lightweight flywheel. Our lightweight flywheel incorporates a taperlock hub and bush to provide a reliable fixing onto the motor output shaft without the need for a separate adaptor. Minimised rotational losses allow easy gear-changing and best performance. We can supply a light weight flywheel to suit one of our motors for installation in the Fiesta or to suit an alternative motor of your choice. We just need detailed dimension details of the motor you intend to use in your conversion. If you would like an adaptor to suit an alternative motor the price may be more depending on whether the dimensions of your motor require adjustments to the measurements of the lightweight flywheel. We can advise when you provide details of the motor you wish to use.
When ordering please pay the price above as your deposit with your order and we will then advise you whether there will be any further to pay when you have provided us with the dimensions and specification details of your motor.
If you buy a motor and a light weight flywheel at the same time from us we will reduce the cost of
the light weight flywheel.
